• Account & platform data (StoreQueue) — your login, store profile and classification, any licenses or compliance documents you choose to share, and your orders and messages.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) to operate and secure the sites, and essential cookies or local storage needed to sign you in and run the app. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on storequeue.com.

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Review store sign-ups and set up accounts.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and platform.
• Facilitate connections between stores and the distributors they choose to work with.
• Send you service messages and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.

• With a distributor or store as needed to establish and service a connection you request.
• With service providers who host our sites, deliver email, and support operations, under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing — we honor these where they apply and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and then delete or de-identify it.
